Sweet Chilli Ham Rolls

Serves 2

4 eggs
6 large slices of ham
Dash of semi-skimmed milk
6 cherry tomatoes
Chives finely chopped
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
Salt & pepper

1. Whisk the eggs with a dash of milk and season with salt and pepper
2. Scramble the eggs in a frying pan with the tomatoes and chives
3. Split the egg mix between the six slices of ham
4. Roll and place in an oven proof dish
5. Spread the sweet chilli sauce on the ham rolls
6. Bake for 5-10 minutes
