With the constant pressures of everyday life, it’s sometimes hard to take a step back, to take time for ourselves and to take time to restore our health.  Restoring our health is vital as we not only need to take time to restore our physical health but also our mental health and well-being.

It is vital that we take time for ourselves in order to do the things that we enjoy, to make time for physical activity, to ensure that we consume a healthy balanced diet, to practice self-care and to be mindful.  For that reason, we have planned a RESTORE month at CrewFit.  Alongside normal classes there will be a RESTORE timetable with various seminars, talks, activities and coffee mornings.

The next few weeks at CrewFit are about restoring health, learning, practicing self-care, meeting new people and trying new things.  We are super excited to launch the RESTORE timetable today and look forward to seeing everyone at the launch night on Monday 11th February.
