
Chilli & Garlic Edamame Beans
Stuck for a Saturday night snack? Try these tasty but healthy flavoured edamame beans.
Serves 2
Ingredients
150g frozen edamame beans (can buy a 500g bag in Tesco £2)
2 tablespoons of sriracha
4 teaspoons easy garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to season
Method
1. Power boil the edamame beans for 4-5 minutes and drain
2. Heat the teaspoon of olive oil and add garlic and sriracha (heat 1 minute)
3. Add the beans and stir fry for 3 minutes
4. When fully coated in chilli and garlic, season then serve
