Chilli & basil dip with veggie sticks

Try this quick and easy recipe for a healthy mid afternoon or evening snack!

Serves 2

200g Total Greek yoghurt
15-20g sriracha (depending how spicy you like your food)
2 cloves of minced garlic or 2 teaspoons of easy garlic
8 inches of cucumber sliced
4 small or 2-3 medium carrots sliced
Handful of chopped basil (optional)
Large pinch of salt

1. Mixed the yoghurt, garlic, sriracha and salt
2. Fold in the basil
3. Serve with vegetable sticks
