Banana Split

Not sure what to have for breakfast? Bored of your current breakfast? Or looking for a new dessert?

Serves 1

1 banana sliced
Handful of berries fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon of seeds, ground seeds or oats
150g total Greek yoghurt

Light drizzle of honey or 15g of peanut butter

1. Slice the banana length ways and place in a bowl
2. Layer the yoghurt, seeds and berries
3. Top with one of the optional ingredients
