CLASS DEFINITIONS

BodyFit – a class that uses barbells to help to tone, strengthen and condition.

 

BoxFit – box your way to fitness whilst improving your speed, agility and self-discipline.

 

BuggieFit – a class for mums and babies that aims to burn fat and tone and strengthen muscles. A great way to meet other mums!

 

BurnFit – a high intensity class that aims to strip fat and boost your metabolism!

 

CardioCore – a two element class that will not only improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance capabilities but will also strengthen and tone your core.

 

CircuitFit – an all over functional fitness workout involving both cardio and weight based exercises.

 

CoreFit – a class that aims to develop and strengthen your core.

 

KettleFit – an effective kettlebell workout that will burn fat, tone and sculpt your body.

 

LadiesFit – a female only class to improve fitness, burn fat, increase muscle toning and learn new exercises.

NavyFit – suspension training that was born in the Navy Seals. Using body weight and suspension equipment for a full body workout.

 

PedalFit – a high intensity indoor cycling class that will improve your endurance, strength and fitness whilst toning.

 

PowerFit – combining PedalFit (30mins) and Bootcamp (30mins) making for a super intense workout that will push you to your limits!

 

SuperFit – our end of week Saturday morning class that will change week to week to keep you on your toes and to let you try a mix of exercises and equipment.

 

TeenFit – a class that has been designed for 11–15 year olds to step away from the traditional school PE lessons and sports; to show that physical activity can be different and fun! Classes include a mix of strength and fitness exercises using a range of equipment that wouldn’t be used in an everyday PE lesson. Classes aim to improve health, well-being & fitness in a fun & friendly environment.

 

TotalFit – an all over body workout that consists of 20 minutes weights, 20 minutes cardio and 20 minutes core.

 

WOTD – Workout of the Day! Come into the gym and follow James’ workout on the board.

  • Single class – £5
  • One week unlimited class pass – £12
  • Four week unlimited class pass – £30
  • TeenFit (single class) – £2.50

Passes can be used at all of our classes.
