Overnight Oats

Overnight oats

Serves 1

Ingredients
35g oats
100ml semi-skimmed milk or almond milk
15g total 0% yoghurt
5g flax seeds
20g frozen berries or 1/2 mashed banana (can make 2 servings at once to use the whole banana)

Optional extras
Sprinkling cinnamon
Sprinkling nutmeg
1 dessertspoons meridian peanut butter

Method
1. Weigh out all ingredients in to a jar or plastic container
2. Mix gently
3. Store overnight and eat for breakfast or as a snack
